CONCEPT
Ralph approached us with the concept of a down on his luck public access kids’ show host who receives some bad news from his girlfriend moments before he is set to go live on his next episode. With the help of his long time puppet sidekick, Ralphy – and maybe a little bit of stress-induced hallucination, he goes on a wild bender to forget his troubles.

PRE-PRODUCTION & PROPS
Our pre-production involved creating a “fluid” script with Ralph, allowing for unforeseen changes in production schedule and allowing for multiple options of certain scenes to see what would ultimately work for the client in the final cut. In addition to creating all original puppets, we created various prop items for the video as well.

Kara designed the set, costumes, puppets props and look of the video as well as operated all of the puppets.
SPECIAL EFFECTS
Ralph wrote, composed and performed the song as well as created the concept.
